At MiniKlub, we strive to ensure your little ones have the perfect fit and comfort; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit the 'My Orders' section on our website, select the item you wish to return or exchange, and provide the reason for your request.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unwashed, unworn, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return pickup.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive within 48-72 hours to collect the package; please ensure you collect a physical or digital acknowledgment receipt.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or wallet within 7-10 business days.
